Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration proposes to modify and republish the system of records notice JUSTICE/DEA-021, previously titled “DEA Aviation Unit Reporting System,” under the title “DEA Aviation Division Reporting System.” The system contains reporting records held by DEA’s Aviation Division, and the proposed changes update the covered individuals, record categories, system purpose, routine uses, and records-management practices. The notice also proposes updates concerning the system location, record sources, access procedures, and procedures for contesting records. The notice is effective upon publication, and comments on the routine uses are due by November 5, 2026.
