Description
The Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division is submitting an information collection request to OMB for review and approval under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. The collection is an extension of the previously approved Procurement Collusion Strike Force Complaint Form, which allows the public to report complaints, concerns, and tips about potential antitrust crimes affecting government procurement, grants, and program funding. Responses may be submitted electronically through the form on the Antitrust Division’s website. The notice requests comments by November 5, 2026.
