Description

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is requesting public comments on two proposed information collections under the Paperwork Reduction Act. These are a revision of the Transformed-Medicaid Statistical Information System (T-MSIS) collection, including updates to data elements, and reinstatement with change of the Generic Clearance for the Collection of Qualitative Feedback on Agency Service Delivery. Comments are requested on the burden estimate and other aspects, including the necessity and utility of the collections, the accuracy of the burden estimates, and ways to improve the information collected or reduce burden. Comments must be received by the OMB desk officer by November 6, 2026.
