Description

The City of Bellingham and Bellingham Parks & Recreation Department is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide graphic design services. The selected Graphic Designer or Design Firm will provide creative design, layout, and production services for seasonal publications, events, signage, and other work as needed. Work must follow municipal brand standards and Washington State accessibility expectations. Proposals and qualification documents must be submitted through the City website by October 27, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.; late or misdirected proposals will not be considered.
