The Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau is seeking a multidisciplinary design team for a phased renovation and expansion of the Grapevine Convention Center. - Government buyer: Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB), City of Grapevine; Purchasing office; Grapevine, Tarrant County, Texas. - Requested service: Comprehensive architectural and engineering services for the convention center at 1209 S Main St, including planning and design for the current phase and integration of a future phase immediately south of the existing facility. - Key requirements: Develop the design, site plan, project phasing, and schedule; evaluate parking, circulation, loading, pedestrian access, utilities, and other site impacts; and support permitting, procurement, construction coordination, budgeting, cost control, and value engineering. - Operational continuity: Plan construction so the venue can continue operating, minimize disruption to existing bookings, and remain functional between phases and during future-phase work. - Cost information: Provide a supported construction cost-per-square-foot estimate for the current phase, including its basis or comparable data. Detailed pricing for the future phase is not requested. Construction will be procured separately. - OEMs and vendors: No OEMs, product manufacturers, or proposed service providers are named. Description

The Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for the phased expansion, renovation, and modernization of the Grapevine Convention Center. The work will be delivered in two phases to increase capacity, improve operational functionality, and provide a long-term venue solution. The selected team will plan the phasing and sequencing to maintain venue operations and minimize disruption to existing bookings and events. Responses are due October 23, 2026, and must include a W-9, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire, and Certificate of Interested Parties (Form 1295).
