Walton County is seeking a contractor to provide labor, equipment, materials, permits, transportation, and related services to demolish or relocate an existing three-story single-family residence at 5505 W County Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The work includes utility disconnections, authorized foundation and piling removal, debris disposal, coastal and habitat protections, site restoration, and cleanup. Contractors must meet permitting, asbestos survey and notification, licensing, insurance, and documentation requirements, and complete the work within 30 calendar days after Purchase Order issuance. Relocation or demolition is permitted subject to County approval and applicable requirements.
