Description

The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education seeks a qualified provider of existing reviews and quality determinations for widely used K-3 foundational skills curricular materials. The provider will supply reports and ratings, including the review criteria, methodology, and rationale, to help DESE determine which materials meet the statutory requirements for its Approved List of K-3 Foundational Skills Materials. The scope includes identifying reviews’ screening for three-cueing/MSV approaches, making the reviews easy to navigate, and providing periodic consultation with DESE. Services are provided at no cost to DESE; the initial contract is one year with up to four renewal options.
