Description

The Cannabis Control Commission seeks responses from qualified vendors to provide investigative background check services for Marijuana Establishment licenses and applicants, as required by M.G.L. c. 94G and 935 CMR 500.000 and 935 CMR 501.000. The solicitation includes background checks for individuals and entities, with additional investigation services subject to the RFR requirements.
