Description

The City of Gardner is seeking bids for the Keyes Road over Wilder Brook Culvert Replacement Project. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials to demolish the existing 8-foot-diameter CMP culvert and road surface and sidewalk, perform bank stabilization, grading, dewatering and dredging, relocate a water main, and install a new 24-foot-span three-sided rigid-frame bridge structure. Additional work includes a new HMA walkway and berm, streambed restoration, roadway paving, and other items specified in the contract documents. An on-site pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.; bids are due October 29, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.
