Massport is seeking qualifications from construction management-at-risk firms for the Central Parking Facility Optimization project, to prequalify and shortlist firms for a subsequent RFP. The CM will provide preconstruction services and implement construction under a cost-of-work-plus-fee arrangement with a negotiated guaranteed maximum price. The work includes rehabilitation of the Central and West Garages, wayfinding and signage upgrades throughout the central parking facility, and modernization of eight elevators serving the Central Garage. A project labor agreement requirement will be included at the RFP stage.
