Description

The City of Chico is soliciting sealed bids from qualified and licensed A/V contractors for a turnkey upgrade of the audio/video system at the Fire Training Center. The contractor must provide all necessary permits, labor, materials, and equipment, and complete the work within 120 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. A current California C-7 license is required at minimum, with a C-10 license required for line-voltage work; insurance and performance and labor-and-materials bonds are also required under the contract documents. The project is partly funded by FEMA, and applicable prevailing wage requirements include paying the higher of the federal Davis-Bacon and California DIR rates for each job classification.
