Description

Ferris State University is seeking AE services for the relocation of departments currently housed in Birkam Health Center and Johnson Hall to existing campus facilities, including FLITE, Arts and Sciences Commons, National Elastomer Center, Swan Building, and the Granger Building. The work will require modifications to multiple facilities, which may include office reconfigurations, classroom and laboratory improvements, accessibility enhancements, mechanical and electrical upgrades, technology infrastructure improvements, and furniture and equipment relocation. The proposed moves are identified in the bid document and Attachment D, with final space requirements to be established during programming and design.
