Description

The City of Temple is accepting proposals from nonprofit organizations to operate an emergency warming shelter during cold-weather events. The City will select one organization for reimbursement of eligible expenses directly related to shelter activation. Reimbursement is up to $30,000. Required forms may be submitted through the portal or emailed to purchasing@templetx.gov by October 28, 2026, at 5:00 PM CDT.
