Description

The Township of Cherry Hill seeks professional planning services for calendar year 2027. One vendor will be selected to provide affordable housing planning consulting related to the Township’s Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, with possible attendance at meetings or court proceedings as needed. The Township also seeks a pool of one or more Special Projects Planners to support planning projects on an as-needed basis; project scopes and cost proposals will be requested separately, and written authorization is required before work begins. Proposals are due November 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.; each specialty applied for must be submitted separately.
