Description

Cherry Hill Township is seeking a Municipal Advisor to assist with compliance and develop financing alternatives for any issuance of debt. The engagement includes advising on bond and note issuances, refunding or refinancing, other municipal obligations, and financial studies; managing financing processes; and negotiating key points in the Township’s interest. The advisor will also serve as Dissemination Agent and provide annual continuing disclosure compliance services. Proposals must include an original, a complete copy, and an electronic copy on a flash drive, along with evidence of required SEC and MSRB registration and qualifications.
