The tax map set consists of five key maps and approximately 238 individual plates, currently maintained through 2025 conditions; the GIS base map and all Township mapping must reflect 2026 conditions. Tax mapping must comply with current New Jersey regulations and standards and be performed under the auspices of a New Jersey Licensed Land Surveyor, while GIS maintenance must use ESRI software. Proposals must include an original, a complete copy, and an electronic copy on a flash drive.
