Cherry Hospital ATM space lease and operation

North Carolina is seeking a qualified financial institution to lease space at Cherry Hospital and provide and operate one ATM. - Government buyer: North Carolina Department of Administration, State Property Office – Leasing Section, on behalf of the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS), Cherry Hospital. - Procurement: Lease approximately 400 square feet for one ATM at Cherry Hospital in Goldsboro, North Carolina. The attachment identifies the ATM space as 110 Old Smithfield Road; no ATM make or model is specified. - ATM and banking requirements: Provide 24-hour withdrawals, deposits, and transfers; accept existing regional or national cards; and support at least two major national ATM networks, with Relay and Plus given as examples. - Lessee responsibilities: Provide and install the ATM, telephone and computer lines, alarm and other required site equipment, security, maintenance, and any needed improvements. Subleasing is not permitted, and the ATM must remain in place for the lease term unless the lease is terminated. - Proposer qualifications and rent: The proposer must be a domestic, registered, and qualified North Carolina financial institution.
