UNC is seeking statements of qualifications from architect-led project teams for advance planning services for the George Watts Hill Alumni Center addition and renovation. Required team disciplines include site/civil, building envelope, mechanical/electrical/plumbing and related systems, structural, and cost estimation. The current $5.5 million project authority is for advance planning services only; the selected firm may be retained for full design and construction at the University's option.
