East Carolina University is seeking a construction manager-at-risk for the West End Dining Renovation project. The work will modernize the existing dining hall to support current operations, improve food safety, and enhance the student dining experience while maintaining seating capacity and keeping dining operations open during the academic year through phased construction. The project includes a limited reconfiguration of kitchen and back-of-house spaces to add production areas and improve operational efficiency and food-service workflows. The project budget is $20,000,000, and proposals are due October 30, 2026; electronic bids are not permitted.
