Description
Canoe/Sourcewell seeks proposals for stationary and mobile equipment designed to recycle, recover, process, reduce, separate, screen, sort, or repurpose organic waste (not food-related), wood and green waste, construction and demolition waste, biomass, compost, mulch, rubber tires, and similar materials. Proposals may also include complementary equipment, parts, technology, software, and related services such as installation, training, maintenance, repair, and technical support. The solicitation is posted on behalf of RMA and other listed organizations and their members, with the intended result of regional and/or national contract solutions. The RFP is available through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal, and proposals must be submitted through that portal by November 24, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. Central Time; the expected contract term is four years, with up to three additional one-year extensions by agreement.
