Bidders must submit the completed cost spreadsheet as an Excel file, provide a SPIN or proof of application and authorized-reseller documentation, and schedule an on-site visit before submitting a response. Equipment must be new, include a three-year manufacturer warranty, and meet the stated requirements for perpetual licenses and no recurring subscription or support-renewal fees.
