Lac Ste. Anne Foundation invites proposals for Prime Consultant Services for its Whitecourt Project in Whitecourt, Alberta. The work covers planning, assessment, design and delivery of housing-related facility improvements for seniors housing, supportive living and affordable housing, including architectural design, functional programming, stakeholder engagement, coordination of design and engineering disciplines, regulatory approvals, procurement support, construction administration, commissioning support and project close-out. Phase 1 includes pre-design, schematic design and site master planning for three development options, followed by selection of a preferred option; subsequent phases require written Owner authorization. Subconsultants are to be procured after Phase 1 and are not to be included in the submission.
