Description
UNLV is seeking proposals from qualified Construction Managers at Risk to provide preconstruction and construction services for upgrades to the Science and Engineering Building Data Center. The work includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, architectural, fire protection, life safety, controls, testing, balancing, commissioning, and integration of new systems with existing facility infrastructure. A mandatory site walk is scheduled for October 14, 2026, at the UNLV Science and Engineering Building lobby; bidders must attend to qualify to submit a proposal. The project is estimated to cost approximately $1,300,000, and public works bidders must be qualified with the State Public Works Division for the required cost category.
