Description

The 633d Contracting Squadron (633 CONS) at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), VA, has awarded one Paving Services Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract under Invitation for Bids (IFB) FA480026B0002. The Paving Services IDIQ contract provides for complete maintenance of all paved surfaces at JBLE. This is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) IDIQ contract with a combined maximum ceiling of $132,667,510 over a 7-year Period of Performance. In accordance with FAR Part 14, Sealed Bidding, and the criteria outlined in Section M of the solicitation, the initial award was made to the responsible bidder whose bids conformed to all solicitation requirements and who submitted the lowest Total Evaluated Prices (TEP) that were determined to be fair and reasonable.
