Description
Warren County Office of Emergency Services is seeking a contractor to support its Office of Emergency Services and Threat Assessment & Management Team with training, exercises, and program support activities in accordance with New York State Executive Order 18. The work supports the Warren-Washington County Threat Assessment Coordination Team, which uses a multidisciplinary, whole-community approach to improve targeted violence and threat response protocols. The contract term is January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027, with two extensions. Funding is through the NYS DHSES Domestic Terrorism Prevention Grant, with 15% MBE and 15% WBE participation goals; the County indicates a single award and requires proposals to cover all services.
