Description

Tompkins County Workforce Development Board is seeking proposals from organizations to serve as the One-Stop System Operator/Coordinator for the Tompkins County Workforce Development System from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2030. The system includes workforce partners and workforce-related services delivered through the Tompkins Workforce NY Career Center and across the broader workforce system. The selected operator is expected to maintain a coordinated network of partners and engage regularly with TCWDB leadership; meetings with the Executive Director and Operations and Oversight Committee are required at least bi-monthly. The RFP makes $2,500 available for the role, covering salaries, administrative costs, travel, or other expenses.
