USACE Wright Patman Lake Pine and Hardwood Timber Sale

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District, is offering three Wright Patman Lake timber tracts in Texas for lump-sum purchase and removal. - Government buyer: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Fort Worth District. - Timber offered: Marked pine and hardwood sawtimber and pulpwood across three sale areas: - Item 1 — Clear Springs ATV 1: 284 acres; estimated 6,565 tons. Bid deposit: $24,000. - Item 2 — Thompson Creek West: 119 acres; estimated 2,829 tons. Bid deposit: $12,000. - Item 3 — Milam Creek South: 129 acres; estimated 2,792 tons. Bid deposit: $10,000. - Important requirements: Protect residual trees and sensitive sites, follow Texas forest best management practices, and complete harvesting by the applicable item deadline. Harvesting begins within 10 days after written notice to proceed, at the Contracting Officer’s discretion. - OEMs and vendors: None identified; the opportunity is for the sale of government-owned timber.
