Description
INSPQ intends to award a 12-month contract to Somagen Diagnostics Inc. for 2027 proficiency testing services for the Hemato-Cytology subsection of the provincial External Quality Assessment Program (PEEQ). Services include supplying test materials, analyzing submitted results, preparing participant performance reports, securely hosting results and reports online, and sharing performance data with the LSPQ PEEQ team. This is a notice of intent for a proposed sole-source award, not a competitive call for tenders; responses from firms able to meet all stated requirements may be considered to determine whether a competitive procurement should be conducted.
