The City of Granby is seeking professional engineering services for plans, specifications, and construction supervision for a new sludge storage building at its wastewater treatment plant (STEP). Sealed bids must be submitted physically on paper to City Hall by October 15, 2026, at 14:00 Quebec Legal Time. Bidders must obtain the tender documents through SÉAO and meet the eligibility and compliance conditions in the specifications.
