Description

The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada is seeking professional services to support the Chief Innovation and Technology Office in modernizing its case management and adjudicative support environment through the Horizons initiative. Work may cover digital modernization projects, including updated recording and information-handling capabilities, automated and standardized electronic case-file management, and digital tools to support decision-making workflows. The procurement is open to qualified Tier 1 TBIPS Supply Arrangement holders in the National Capital Region for three resource categories: Application/Software Architect (2), Programmer/Analyst (6), and Database Analyst (2). It is intended to result in one contract for an estimated 12-month period.
