NASA Ames Research Center is seeking one Lytid deep-cooled scientific SWIR camera, or an equivalent system, for research use. - Government buyer: National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Ames Research Center. - OEM: Lytid; the requested product is a Lytid SIRIS Deep Cooled Scientific SWIR Camera, or equivalent. - Quantity: 1 camera. No part number is provided. - Key requirements include a minimum 640 × 512 pixel array, sensitivity spanning at least 900–1650 nm, operation at 77 K, and at least 14-bit A/D conversion. - Performance requirements include greater than 70% quantum efficiency at 900 nm and peak quantum efficiency, minimum 44 dB dynamic range, full-well capacity greater than 17 ke, and sensor noise below 350 electrons. - The system must support programmable integration time with a gate time of 1.0 microsecond or less, external single-shot triggering, multiple gain settings, and include a software development kit. - Additional requirements include a minimum 6 × 6 mm image area, rise time below 0.1 microsecond, detector-to-front-face working distance under 1 inch, no built-in cold filter, and 100% fill factor. - Delivery is required within 30 days after receipt of order; place of performance is NASA Ames Research Center.
