Custodial Services for the Army Reserve Facility in Ashley, Pennsylvania

The U.S. Army Reserve needs custodial services for the 99th Readiness Division at the Chaplain L. J. Sabalis USARC in Ashley, Pennsylvania. - Government buyer: U.S. Army, through the U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey, for the Army Reserve’s 99th Readiness Division. - Requested service: Custodial services at the Ashley, Pennsylvania facility (PA004). The contractor provides personnel, supplies, tools, cleaning materials, and equipment not furnished by the Government. - Service scope and frequency: - Weekly cleaning, waste removal, restroom cleaning and disinfection, supply replenishment, and floor-drain cleaning. - Monthly drinking-fountain, mat, floor, shower, and locker-room care. - Annual detailed cleaning, dusting, and floor and carpet treatments as specified in the performance work statement. - Notable requirements: Work is performed on weekdays during Government duty hours.
