The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking small-business sources to provide and install wardrobes for the St. Cloud VA Health Care System. - Government buyer: Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23), Supply Services Team 1; delivery location is St. Cloud VA Health Care System, Building 51, first-floor East side CLC – Dementia Ward. Erica Miller is the named contact. - OEMs and vendors: No wardrobe manufacturer, OEM, or supplier is named. The specified locks must accept BESTLOCK-compatible interchangeable 7-pin cores. - Products requested: 10 B51-1 wardrobes, approximately 22 in. deep × 24 in. wide × 84 in. high. - Solid maple construction with clear-coated finish; one left-hand door, two bottom drawers, an interior shelf, and a full-width clothes rod. - Door and top drawer locks must accept BESTLOCK-compatible interchangeable 7-pin cores, keyed differently; equal drawer lock cylinders are permitted. - Wardrobes must be installed flush with the floor and secured to the wall through the back panel. Finished surfaces must be smooth and free of damage or hazardous edges/projections. - Services and requirements: Include delivery, unloading, any needed on-site assembly, installation, and removal of packing materials and debris. This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine small business sources capable of providing B51-1-Wardrobes per this notice under NAICS 337122 (Non-upholstered Wood Household Furniture). Small business size standard is 750 Employees. Product Service Code (PSC) is 7125 (Cabinets, Lockers, Bins, and Shelving). BACKGROUND: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE BEING RELEASED PURSUANT TO FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) PART 10: MARKET RESEARCH. This notice is issued solely for informational, market research, and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future.  This notice does not commit the Federal Government to contract for any service at this time.
