The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking small-business sources to provide and install wardrobes for the St. Cloud VA Health Care System. - Government buyer: Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23, Supply Services Team 1. - Requested product: 10 B51-1 wardrobes. No OEM or vendor is named in the notice or attachment. - Wardrobe requirements: Solid maple construction with a clear coat; approximate dimensions of 22 in. deep × 24 in. wide × 84 in. high; one left-hand door, two bottom drawers, an interior shelf, and a full-width clothes rod. - Includes specified door and drawer locks compatible with BESTLOCK interchangeable 7-pin cores or equal, drawer slides, hinges, and hardware. - Finished surfaces must be durable and smooth, without damage, hazardous projections, or sharp corners. Units must sit flush to the floor and be secured to the wall through the back panel. - Delivery and installation: At Building 51, first-floor east side, CLC Dementia Ward. Contractor provides transportation, labor, tools, parts, and equipment, and removes packaging and debris. - Opportunity status: Sources Sought market research, not a solicitation. This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine small business sources capable of providing B51-1-Wardrobes per this notice under NAICS 337122 (Non-upholstered Wood Household Furniture ). Small business size standard is 750 Employees. Product Service Code (PSC) is 7125 (Cabinets, Lockers, Bins, and Shelving). BACKGROUND: THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE BEING RELEASED PURSUANT TO FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) PART 10: MARKET RESEARCH. This notice is issued solely for informational, market research, and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future.  This notice does not commit the Federal Government to contract for any service at this time.
