Description
The City of New Haven seeks a professional consultant to develop, validate, administer, and score promotional examinations for Director of Training, Drillmaster, and Assistant Drillmaster positions in the New Haven Fire Department. The examination processes must follow applicable federal, state, and local merit-system requirements and selection-validation guidelines, with legally compliant and cost-effective methods.
