Description

The City of Casa Grande is seeking Statements of Qualifications from a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide pre-construction and construction services for the City Hall Stucco Repairs and Paint Project. The work includes repairing deteriorated, cracked, damaged, or deficient exterior stucco and restoring exterior painted finishes while maintaining City Hall operations. The selected CMAR will work with the City's Facilities Supervisor, and the City intends to negotiate pre-construction services followed by a Guaranteed Maximum Price for construction. Responses are due October 13, 2026, and the mandatory pre-submission meeting is scheduled for September 24, 2026.
