The City of Rosemead is building a continuously maintained roster of environmental consultants for CEQA and related project review work. - Buyer: City of Rosemead, Community Development Department, Planning Division. - Procurement: Prequalified consultant list for environmental review of City projects and private development projects. City assignments may be made as needed; inclusion on the list does not guarantee work. - Requested services: CEQA Initial Studies, Notices of Preparation, Negative and Mitigated Negative Declarations, Environmental Impact Reports (including supplemental and subsequent EIRs and addenda), Notices of Determination, mitigation monitoring programs, CEQA findings, and related documentation. - Supporting work may include technical studies and peer review covering biological and cultural resources, traffic, air quality and greenhouse gases, noise, aesthetics, hydrology, and geotechnical issues. - Services may also include agency coordination, public engagement, document preparation and comment responses, and support for public hearings. - Qualifications: Applicants should demonstrate at least five years of environmental planning experience, CEQA and lead-agency expertise, relevant specialist capacity, and a record of meeting schedules and budgets. Description

The City of Rosemead is requesting Statements of Qualifications from environmental consultants to establish a prequalified list. Selected consultants may prepare CEQA environmental documents, including Initial Studies, Negative Declarations, Mitigated Negative Declarations, Environmental Impact Reports, and supporting technical studies. The City may invite listed firms to provide services on an as-needed basis for City projects, while private development applicants may select and contract directly with a listed consultant. The list remains open continuously and is updated periodically; placement does not guarantee work.
