Description

This Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for polygraph equipment and peripherals was awarded to Lafayette Instrument Company on a sole source basis in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  Justification is attached.
