Description

The City of Columbia is transitioning to a new e-Procurement platform and encourages current and prospective vendors to complete a one-time registration in Cobblestone. Until the new platform is fully implemented, the City will continue using IonWave for solicitations, and bids and proposals must still be submitted through IonWave. Vendors who do not register will not receive email notifications for future procurement opportunities after the new system launches. A registration open house is scheduled for October 15, 2026, via Zoom.
