Riverside County Presidents Day Parade Planning and Production Services

Riverside County is seeking a contractor to plan and deliver end-to-end parade services for its Presidents Day Parade in Indio. - Government buyer: County of Riverside Purchasing, on behalf of the Community Centers Division. - Requested service: One comprehensive planning, production, and coordination service (quantity: 1), covering participant management, staging and lineup, route and operations planning, judging, staffing and volunteers, production equipment, announcer or emcee support as applicable, awards, event-day operations, and post-event closeout. - Coordination and requirements: Work with the City of Indio, Indio Police Department, County departments, public safety agencies, and other governmental partners. Develop and maintain a comprehensive parade plan and coordinate permitting, approvals, and insurance; final route and staging locations are to be coordinated with relevant agencies. - OEMs and vendors: No commercial OEMs, product brands, or service vendors are identified in the notice.

Description

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations from a qualified provider for planning, coordinating, producing, and supporting its annual Presidents Day Parade, held with the Riverside County Fair and National Date Festival. Services include participant and entry management, staging and route coordination, public safety and government partner coordination, judging, staffing, equipment, communications, and day-of-event operations. The parade is scheduled for February 15, 2027, in and around Indio and the festival grounds. The proposed contract has a one-year initial term with four one-year renewal options.
