The City of Stevenson Public Works Department is seeking on-call consulting support for public infrastructure and related municipal projects. - Government buyer: City of Stevenson, Public Works Department, Stevenson, Washington. - OEMs and vendors: No OEMs, vendors, or specific consulting firms are named in the opportunity. - Requested services: - Public works design for landscaping and streetscaping, stormwater, roadways and sidewalks with ADA compliance, wastewater, and water systems. Work may include technical analysis, investigations, permitting, right-of-way acquisition, utility coordination, plans, specifications, estimates, and bid documents. - Construction management and engineering, including surveying, staking, materials testing, quality assurance, schedule review, inspection, and contract modifications. - Development review, including application and code reviews, as-built reviews, walk-through inspections, and recommendations for acceptance. - Grant funding assistance, including identifying funding opportunities, assessing eligibility, preparing grant and loan applications, coordinating with agencies, and supporting compliance, reporting, reimbursement, and closeout. - Selected consultants will provide services as needed through task orders under a three-year master agreement. The City may select different firms for different projects. - Responding firms are expected to demonstrate relevant experience, project-management and quality-control practices, team organization, key personnel, and availability. Firms proposing grant assistance should also show experience with public works funding programs.

Description

The City of Stevenson is requesting statements of qualifications from consulting firms for on-call professional engineering services supporting its capital improvement program, utilities, transportation system, development review, and grant pursuits. Services include public works infrastructure design, construction management and engineering, development review, and grant funding assistance. The selected consultant(s) will enter into a master agreement for three years, with task orders issued when services are needed. SOQs are due by 3:00 PM on November 19, 2026, and may be submitted by email, USPS mail, or in person.
