Iredell County is seeking a private operator to manage and maintain its 18-hole Twin Oaks Golf Course in Statesville, North Carolina. - Government buyer: Iredell County, Solid Waste Department. - Facility and existing operator: Twin Oaks Golf Course is a County-owned course covering approximately 189 acres. Twin Oaks Golf Club, LLC is identified as the existing operator. - OEMs and vendors: No product manufacturers or prospective vendors are named. Twin Oaks Golf Club, LLC is named as the existing operator, not as an OEM. - Requested service: One comprehensive golf-course management and maintenance engagement covering course operations and related facilities. - Operate the pro shop and provide starter and marshal services, food and beverage, tournaments, instruction, and special events. - Maintain turf, landscaping, hardscape, buildings, and facilities; provide and maintain rental golf carts and other required equipment; and purchase pro shop merchandise. - Market the course, collect fees, pay utilities and taxes, keep auditable financial records, and provide regular reports. - Plan and fund capital improvements and maintain or replace furnishings, equipment, and fixtures. - Notable commercial requirement: The operator must cover operating, maintenance, and capital-improvement costs at no cost to the County, and propose an annual lease payment and a share of gross revenues for the County. - Proposal content and evaluation: Proposals are expected to include operational, capital, and maintenance cost breakdowns; implementation and marketing plans; equipment and maintenance information; capital-planning details; and references for comparable facilities. The County will assess qualifications, experience, work plans, capital-planning capability, equipment and maintenance plans, references, and complaint or termination history.

Iredell County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to manage, operate, and maintain Twin Oaks Golf Course, an 18-hole course located at 320 Twin Oaks Road in Statesville, North Carolina. The selected operator will manage golf operations and related facilities, including food and beverage services, maintenance, public programs, marketing, and capital improvements. The operator is expected to fund operations and improvements at no cost to the County, and must begin management on July 1, 2027. The initial contract term is five years, with possible additional twelve-month extensions at the County's discretion.
