Description
The State of Minnesota is seeking proposals to award a contract to one or more vendors to provide breath testing preliminary screening devices, dry gas cylinders, and related materials on an as-needed basis. The goods will support the Department of Public Safety, the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, other state agencies, and members of the State’s Cooperative Purchasing Venture program. Screening devices must be included on the list in Minnesota Administrative Rule 7501.0900; substitutions will not be accepted. The contract is to run for 12 months from final execution, with possible renewal for up to 48 months by written agreement.
