Description

The City of Pomona is seeking proposals for printing and bulk mail preparation services for its Quarterly Recreation Guide booklets, including distribution via U.S. Mail to city residents. The contractor will furnish the equipment, labor, and materials, follow City production schedules, provide a printed proof for approval, and prepare approximately 25,000 guides for USPS bulk mailing. Work is scheduled to cover three issues from Summer 2027 through Spring 2028. The initial agreement is for one year, with up to four additional one-year extensions.
