Description
The City of Coalinga is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms for a comprehensive citywide user fee study and cost allocation analysis. The work includes reviewing adopted user fees and charges, estimating the reasonable cost of fee-supported services, evaluating cost recovery and subsidies, and recommending updates to the Master Fee Schedule. The consultant must use and validate the City-provided cost allocation information and complete supplemental position-level allocation analysis for Fire, Police, and other applicable positions not included in the City's recent review.
