Description

Alameda County Health is establishing a pool of qualified vendors to provide housing and homelessness services through the Housing and Homelessness Services Vendor Pool. Services span four categories: Housing Community Supports, Health and Supportive Services, Interim and Permanent Housing Administration, and Homelessness Prevention Services, with service types including direct services, program start-up, capacity-building and technical assistance, and innovation. Qualified vendors may be engaged through Standard Services Agreements as needs and funding are identified; qualification does not guarantee a contract or a minimum or maximum award.
