Orange County, North Carolina, seeks proposals for multidisciplinary general engineering, solid waste, and environmental consulting services to support its Solid Waste Management Department’s ongoing needs. The work may include preparing designs and bidding documents, attending meetings, evaluating sites, permitting, transfer station and landfill design, and monitoring or remediating PFAS. The department’s functions include recycling, sanitation, and landfill operations, and the requested expertise may be provided through subcontracting or other County-approved arrangements.
