The Town of Rolesville is seeking an architecture and engineering team to design Phase 2 of The Farm Park in Wake Forest, North Carolina. - Government buyer: Town of Rolesville, Capital Projects Manager; Wake County, North Carolina. - OEMs and vendors: No product manufacturers, vendors, candidate firms, or subcontractors are named. - Project scope: Design four soccer fields; pave the existing gravel parking lot and provide additional parking; build an access loop road; and plan recreation and park amenities, including a picnic shelter, restrooms, concessions, playground, food-truck area, pavilion, picnic and roof-over-turf areas, pedestrian connections, site furnishings, signage, landscaping, and lighting. - Engineering and site systems: Evaluate existing grading and preliminary parking work. Design and coordinate grading, roads, utilities, irrigation, drainage and stormwater controls, and erosion and sedimentation controls. The scope also includes private well and septic systems, potable-water distribution, wastewater collection and treatment as needed, electrical service and distribution, communications/data, and applicable emergency power. - Deliverables and requirements: Provide plans, construction details, specifications, cost estimates, permits, and bid documents, including grading, utility, and driveway-network plans. Drawings and specifications must be signed and sealed, permit-ready, and detailed enough to establish fixed construction costs.
