Description
The South Dakota Department of Human Services seeks a qualified consultant to develop and review rate-setting methodologies for home and community-based services. Work includes a comprehensive rate methodology and modeling review at least every five years for each service category, plus annual reviews of provider costs, labor market conditions, inflation, and other relevant factors. The contractor will provide analyses, documentation, stakeholder facilitation, rate models, recommendations, and reports. Proposals may cover one, two, or all three service areas: Long Term Services and Supports, Developmental Disabilities Services, and In-Home Services.
