Alaska LNG Project right-of-way lease conversion notice

Description

The Alaska Department of Natural Resources gives notice that 8 Star Alaska LLC, on behalf of the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation, requested conversion of two Alaska LNG right-of-way leases from conditional leases under AS 38.35.100(b) to leases under AS 38.35.100(a). The leases are for the Alaska LNG Point Thomson Transmission Line (ADL 421296) and Alaska LNG GTP-Mainline-LF (ADL 421297). The Point Thomson lease traverses about 63 miles and contains approximately 2,032 acres; the 807-mile Mainline lease has a construction right-of-way of approximately 54,083 acres. No other changes or additions to the leases were requested.
